We are open Thursday through Monday 11-5 pm for outdoor wine tastings.
Tastings are available from 11-4pm. After 4pm, we offer wine by the glass or bottle. Last call is 4:45pm.

We encourage guests to support our local restaurants by bringing takeout lunches and enjoy our beautiful grounds in Paso Robles Wine Country.

Still Waters is an oasis like no other! We invite you to relax and taste in our acres of lush gardens for the ultimate private, outdoor wine tasting experience. Your knowledgeable attendant will guide you through the wines including information about our winemaking techniques and vineyard practices. With over 22 different wines made at Still Waters, we are confident that there is a wine here for every wine lover! Guests may bring a picnic to enjoy or purchase one of our made to order cheese plates.
