Santa Barbara Spanish Blend 2008

This olive oil is made from Spanish Olive trees grown in Santa Barbara. The oil has a smooth hazelnut flavor with a hint of green grass. Great as a dipping and finishing oil.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Our Estate Olive Oil is single cold pressed allowing for the blend of five varieties to yield a peppery finish. Enjoy with a french baguette or with your favorite pasta dish.

Sauvignon Blanc 2014

Banana blends with cut grass for a tropical-meets-traditional take. On the palate, the wine is very soft, reminiscent of pineapple-flavored whipped cream, and there is a nice touch of smoke as well.

Pinot Gris 2016

Layered and delicate this crisp dry white wine has honeydew melon flavors and a nice mineral finish.

Cuvee Blanc

Our Cuvee Blanc is a great light summer refreshing wine with nice citrus notes. 60% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Chardonnay and 10% Viognier

Chardonnay 2014

Our 2014 Chardonnay has bright fruit, oak, and acidity. Aged only 3 months in New French Oak barrels give this wine a smooth mouth feel and a wonderful orange blossom nose.

Viognier 2014

This wine is fragrant with apricot, peach and floral flavors. Delicate, with a clean and crisp freshness, it is perfect paired with a light meal or just by itself at the end of your day.

Rosé 2015

Our 2015 Rosé is a blend of the reds from the vineyard. Mainly Zinfandel with a little Merlot, and Syrah, this Rose is packed with fresh juicy fruit flavors and aromas.

 

Expressions of Still Waters Vineyards 2011

Light and delicate, this GSM is ruby red in color and bursting with ripe fruit flavors. Pair this wine is your favorite pasta or fish and you’ll have a perfect meal

Merlot 2012

Packed with dense rich flavors of currant, raspberry and plum. This wine is supported by tannins and barrel flavors of new French Oak leading to a finish of caramel and vanilla.
